Below Average Dave Terms of Service
2. Music Videos, like parodies, will allow basically anything within common sense. Nothing illegal, and no porn. There are likely 1,000 other sites that do allow amateur porn with corny music, this isn't one of them and our visitors won't appreciate it.
3. Spamming is strictly forbidden and we report spam sites to authorities. We all like meeting new people, gambling and some of us may want to enlarge parts of our body--but we won't do it by having it crammed down our throats and it's not why we are here on this site.
4. No bashing or flaming. You are welcome to CONSTRUCTIVELY criticisize any song or comment, but simply coming in and going off on someone with no reason--good bye.
5. Anti-Parodies are seriously regulated. We do not allow parodies that are racist, sexist, inciteful, against a specific parodist active on the site, or those which are just here to put down a group of people without being constructive about it.
6. The Above rule does NOT apply to Celebrities, Businesses, Organizations, Websites or Politicians although your parody won't perform well if it's not constructive if it targets any group.
7. While we do allow sexual parodies, we ask that parodies not be OVERLY graphic. Most people know the border line, if you are unsure, please email me first and I'll let you know if it violates the rules.
8. Similar to the above rule, we do allow violent parodies, but don't go into graphic detail or get to the point that the song is OVERLY violent. Again if you are unsure email me first.
9. This site is not pornographic, however we do not disallow any parodies based on explicit lyrics or content so it is not really meant for children. We also ask that anyone under 18 be accompanied by an adult, but we have no way of enforcing that rule. We feel this way about the internet in general, it is a giant network of billions of people, children should not surf it alone.
10. Please understand that by submitting a parody, you give us the right to post it on our website and the radio show. We will not use your parody directly to earn any compensation without your consent of course, but common sense says if you submit a song, it will appear on the site.
11. We are not responsible for the content contained on sites outside our server, their content, their advertisers, or ther affiliates. We can't regulate things that aren't located within' our servers.
12. Similar to the above statement, we do not necessairly endorse, support or condone the content of any parodist or site we link to.
13. We do not offer compensation for writing of parodies, nor do we ask for any.
14. These Terms of Service are subject to change without notification at any time, although major changes are usually noted in the message board.
15. Have fun and try not to be offended because a particular parody's brand of comedy doesn't amuze you. Everyone has their own sense of what's funny and what's not so don't take it personally, enjoy life, and have fun.
16. That's all just want to see how many people read this far down the list.
17. Any song submitted will be eligible by default for the live broadcasts and radio broadcasts I do, if you want to opt out, just contact me via badave@bigfoot.com.
