The Badave.com Terms of ServiceWhile we encourage and accept donations, as well as offer paid advertising space, we don't require any purchase or financial contribution for use of our services. Our services are available to everyone provided that the parties using such services abide by our terms of serivce. Badave.com does not allow or tolerate sexual pornographic or illegal imagery. This particular paragraph is related to images. Images containing sex (of any kind), sexual organs, nudity, murder, illegal drugs or other activity deemed inapprorpriate will be removed. Depending on the severity of the photos, members may be immediately suspended or banned from badave.com. Pictures depicting murder, child pornography, or the use of illegal narcotics will be forwarded to the Virginia State Police and the United States F.B.I. along with other personal information in the account of the person who uploaded it and members will be immediately banned. Lyrics are provided as is for educational purposes. We do not claim to have copyright or association with any artist, label, writer, producer or other party responsible for the creation of the lyrics. Additionally, because lyrics are submitted by members, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the lyrics. Lyrics are not to be used for commercial purposes. The Parody Writer's Corner section of the website is for parodists to post their work. Members who post works by people other than themselves will have said work removed immediately. Members who attempt to commit plagiarism against another parodist will be suspended or banned depending on the nature of the infraction, and parodists who were plagiarized will be notified. Additionally we do have a friendly relationship with AmIRight, WhatFreaks, Inthe00s, The Fump, Spaff.com, The Mad Music Archive and many other popular parody websites and work with them to stop plagiarism. Parodies submitted to the Parody Writer's Corner will be reviewed before being posted. Most parodies will be approved however parodies that are viewed as obvious attacks against another parodist who is active on badave, AmIRight, WhatFreaks, The FUMP, or The Mad Music Archive will be denied. Repeat offenders may face suspension. We also reserve the right to deny parodies that we feel are spam, or excessively sexual or violent. Those who repeatedly spam the site will face suspension. Parodies rejected on the basis of being overtly violent or sexual will not face suspension as we do not officially disallow sexual or violent parodies unless we feel they've gone to far. Badave radio is hosted on The Mad Music Archive. You must obtain membership there in order to hear the shows. We cannot guarantee on time posting of the radio show at this time because what goes on outside of badave.com is not within our control. Additionally, while The Mad Music Archive is free right now, we cannot guarantee that they will always be. If you would like to see badave.com host it's own radio show here, please make a donation and help us raise money to do so. While Badave maintains a friendly relationship with AmIRight, WhatFreaks, Inthe00s, The Mad Music Archive and The FUMP, we are not officially affiliated with any of them and they do not necessairly endorse all aspects of badave.com. Badave is not affiliated with Billboard or the Dementia Top 20 and their histories are provided for educational and comparission purposes only. Badave.com parodies are done as a light-hearted way to provide entertainment and to further enjoy music. Parody is protected by the constitution, but we would hope that artists and labels understand the purpose of our site is to have fun with our favorite songs and artists. Additionally history has shown parodies help to promote artists and songs far more than they hurt them.
